Jakarta: The death toll from the collapse of a boarding Islamic school building in Indonesia last week has risen to 54.
The rescue operation launched after the collapse of an Islamic school building in the city of Sidoarjo on the island of Java, Indonesia, has been 90 percent complete and 54 people have been confirmed dead.
According to a foreign news agency, 13 people are still buried under the rubble, and rescue operations are underway to find them.
