Making the Mines and Minerals Bill conditional on Imran Khan’s release shows nefarious intentions: Ikhtiar Wali
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s Coordinator for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Affairs, Akhtar Wali, has said that making the Mines and Minerals Bill conditional on the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan reveals nefarious intentions.
In his statement, Ikhtiar Wali said that he will issue a white paper on corruption in natural resources in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and will bring to light who is making money in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said that PTI has always promoted anti-people policies, PTI people want chaos in the country, Pakistan to go bankrupt but will not allow any attempt to harm the country's unity to succeed.
He said that making the Mines and Minerals Bill conditional on the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan shows nefarious intentions, but the malicious attempt to release the founder of PTI will not be allowed to succeed.
Ikhtiar Wali said that the founder of PTI and his followers always practiced blackmail politics, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will have to abandon anti-people policies.
